Giorgio Armani's A/W 2009 collection was infused with fashions reminiscent of the 1980's, so it was appropriate that the makeup complemented that retro feel.
Makeup artist Linda Cantello created a gorgeous look that incorporated a purple fused smokey eye, which Cantello winged out a la Dynasty, and a defined vibrant red lip. This is a playful look that you can make very wearable off the runway by toning down the eyes or using a red lip stain rather than a bold solid colour.
